Privacy Policy: Your Trust, Our Priority
Effective Date: December 23, 2025
At Nakshe Zeast, we believe in transparency—not just in how we support our special artisans, but in how we treat our customers. We value the trust you place in us when you visit our website or purchase a product.
This policy explains clearly, without complex legal jargon, how we handle your information.
1. Information We Collect (And Why)
We only collect information that is absolutely necessary to deliver your order and improve your experience.
- To Process Your Order: When you buy a bag or make a donation, we need your Name, Phone Number (for courier coordination), Shipping Address, and Email. Without this, we cannot send your parcel.
To Verify Payments: Since we use Direct Bank Transfer, we may ask you to share a screenshot of your payment receipt via WhatsApp or Email. This is strictly for verification and is deleted or archived securely once confirmed.
To Improve Our Website: We use tools (like cookies) to understand which bag designs are most popular or which pages are visited most. This data is anonymous and helps us train our artisans on what customers love.
2. What We DO NOT Collect
Credit/Debit Card Details: We never see or store your credit card numbers or banking passwords. All payments are handled via manual bank transfer, meaning you control the transaction from your own banking app.
Sensitive Personal Data: We do not ask for your CNIC, date of birth, or family details unless legally required for a specific large corporate invoice.
3. Sharing Your Data (The “Strict Necessity” Rule)
We are a social enterprise, not a data broker. We never sell your data to advertisers. We only share your details with two types of partners:
Courier Services (Delivery Partners): We must give your Name, Phone Number, and Address to services like TCS, Leopards, or Trax so they can deliver your package to your doorstep.
Internal Team: Only authorized members of the Nakshe Zeast team access your order details to pack your bundle and manage customer support.
4. Your Cookies & Browsing Experience
Like almost every website, we use “cookies” (small text files) to make the site work better.
Shopping Cart: Cookies remember what you put in your cart so it doesn’t disappear if you refresh the page.
Login: If you have an account, cookies keep you logged in so you don’t have to type your password every time.
Can you turn them off? Yes, you can block cookies in your browser settings, but some features of the store (like the Cart) might not work perfectly.
5. Security of Your Data
SSL Encryption: You will see a “Lock Icon”
next to our URL. This means the connection between your device and our website is encrypted and secure.
Data Retention: We keep order records for legal and tax purposes (audits) for a limited time. After that, data is either anonymized or securely deleted.
6. Your Rights
You own your data. At any time, you can contact us to:
