Refund & Returns Policy

At Naksh e Zeast, every product is a labor of love, hand-painted by special needs artisans. We want you to love your purchase as much as we loved creating it.
However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here is our policy on returns and refunds.
1. The “Handmade” Disclaimer
Please note that our products are hand-painted and handcrafted. Unlike factory-made goods, slight variations in color, texture, or brushstrokes are natural and make your bag truly one-of-a-kind. These are not considered defects.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 14-Day Return/Exchange Policy starting from the day you receive your parcel.
You can return an item if:
The product is defective or damaged upon arrival (e.g., torn fabric, broken handle).
You received the wrong product or design.
The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
We cannot accept returns if:
The item has been used or washed.
The item was a Custom Order (personalized with a specific name or logo).
The item was purchased on Sale/Clearance.
Donations: Any funds contributed as a “Donation” or “Sponsorship” are non-refundable as they are immediately allocated to student welfare.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Since we are a small social enterprise, we handle returns personally via WhatsApp or Email.
Contact Us: Message us on WhatsApp [Insert Number] or email info@nakshezeast.com within 14 days.
Send Proof: Please attach a clear photo or video showing the defect or issue.
Approval: Our team will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with the return address in Lahore.
4. Shipping Costs
If the fault is ours (Damaged/Wrong Item): We will bear the return shipping cost or arrange a pickup.
If you changed your mind: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Refund Process (Bank Transfer)
Since we operate via Manual Bank Transfer, we do not have an “automatic refund” button.
Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will notify you.
If approved, we will ask for your Bank Account, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa details.
We will transfer the refund amount (minus shipping charges) to your account within 3-5 business days.
6. Exchanges
We strongly prefer Exchanges over refunds! If you received a damaged item, we will happily send you a fresh, new replacement of the same design immediately.
